We have been partnered with LHLIC for going on 5 years, and are looking forward to the years to come. We do not require a degree or any prior insurance/sales background. We do ask that you have self-motivation, persistence, and a positive attitude. All training is provided, and we will be there to assist you every step of the way.

Growing up in Paris, Texas, Justin Rosson was not handed life on a silver platter. He knew that he wanted more out of life. He ended up spending 10 years in the army and was having a hard time finding what his purpose was in life. He was depressed, broke, and juggling between going back to the army or starting this new career. He packed up everything that he owned and left Texas to go to Arkansas where he chose Lincoln. In three short years, he had reached a six-figure income and started building The Mars Group from the ground up. Since then, Justin has doubled that income, brought his credit score to the high 700's, gotten married, bought a house, multiple vehicles, traveled around the world, and has had the honor to lead multiple agents to find their Lincoln success story within The Mars Group. Most importantly, he found where he was supposed to be in life. Justin has the largest call center in the region and looks forward to exceeding any and all expectations.
